This marks our 15th consecutive year of recognition, an accomplishment we're especially proud of because it reflects the dedication of our team and the trust our homeowners place in us. Building a custom home is a very personal experience. From the first design conversations to the day our homeowners receive their keys, our team works together to create homes that reflect the families who will live in them. We know the importance of the investment our homeowners are making, and we take that responsibility to heart. ![Kurk-Homes-Wins-BBB-Award-Fall-2026](https://blog.kurkhomes.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Kurk-Homes-Wins-BBB-Award-Fall-2026.jpg?width=1722&height=1113&name=Kurk-Homes-Wins-BBB-Award-Fall-2026.jpg) “I'm incredibly proud of our team and the care they put into what we do every day. Our homeowners trust us with one of the biggest investments they'll make, and we don't take that responsibility lightly. To be recognized for 15 consecutive years is a reflection of the people who make Kurk Homes what it is.” – Melanie Sparks, President and Co-Owner of Kurk Homes The [BBB Awards for Excellence](https://www.bbb.org/local/0915/awards-for-excellence-hou) recognize businesses and organizations that demonstrate a commitment to integrity, trust, and exceptional service. We are grateful to be included among this year's recipients and even more grateful for the homeowners who have trusted us to bring their visions to life. To our entire Kurk Homes team, thank you for the pride you take in your work, the care you show our homeowners, and the dedication you bring to every home we build.
